Davis Polk has been named a “General Corporate Practice of the Year” finalist as part of the American Lawyer’s Corporate Practices of the Year awards. The prestigious award recognizes an exceptional go-to corporate practice for clients that demonstrates deal prowess and an impressive range of work over the past two years.  

The firm and its lawyers are also shortlisted in the following Corporate Practice of the Year categories:

  • Corporate Practices – Specialty – Energy
  • Corporate Attorney of the Year (Capital Markets) – John Meade
  • Corporate Attorney of the Year (Tax) – Kara Mungovan

Additionally, Davis Polk Chair and Managing Partner Neil Barr has been named a finalist for “Managing Partner of the Year” as part of the American Lawyer’s Industry Awards, and partner Roshni Banker Cariello is shortlisted for “Young Lawyer of the Year (Corporate).”

The winners will be announced on November 13, 2024, in New York.
