Manager, HRIS
Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (overtime as required).
The Analyst, HRIS position is responsible for a variety of daily HRIS operations including the maintenance and management of HR systems, specifically Workday. This position serves as a key point-of-contact for HRIS requests, inquiries, and master data management activities. The Analyst, HRIS also supports ongoing enhancements, projects and initiatives through project management, requirements gathering, testing, go-live and postproduction support.
Typical responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Contribute toward the design and development of new and existing HR technology initiatives.
- Provide general and organizational support to HR COEs and business users.
- Hands on Workday configuration and master data management processes.
- Consistently make recommendations to optimize business processes and reduce administration.
- Partner with HRIS, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, ER and additional HR COEs and cross functions including IT.
- Manage and resolve ongoing production support activities, including end user issues through troubleshooting and recommendations with timely and accurate resolution.
- Responsible for Workday configuration of enhancements and enablement of additional Workday functionality and capabilities.
- Manage and maintain documentation, resources, and training materials to continuously support HR users, employees, and managers.
- Assist with Workday release management processes including the testing and enablement of the semi-annual release cycle and additional updates to features throughout the year.
- Support various Workday onboarding activities including new hire training.
- Create HR reports based on standard and custom reporting requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of all data through consistent data governance, integrity, and privacy.
- Contribute toward ongoing audits and HR data security activities.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested for successful operation of the department.
- Advanced knowledge of Workday.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, including standard and complex projects and tasks.
- Ability to respond effectively and professionally to HRIS related requests.
- Proven experience with HR master data management, audits, and maintaining data integrity throughout the employee life cycle.
- Acute attention to detail and management of employee personnel administration.
- Must demonstrate consistent initiative and collaboration skills to succeed and work in a collaborative team environment.
- Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills in order to communicate and follow instructions to effectively provide optimum support to a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other applications as needed.
- Flexibility in daily schedule to accommodate unexpected situations.
- Ability to adapt with shifting business priorities as needed.
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR Information Systems, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Minimum 1 to 3 years’ experience working as part of an HRIS team
- Minimum 1 to 3 years’ working within Human Resources
- Strong level of proficiency in Workday
- Experience across several Workday modules preferred, including Core, Benefits, Time, Talent, Learning, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Reporting and/or Security
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $80,000 - $90,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, anticipated assignment, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
