$1.08 Billion Financing for Inovalon’s Acquisition of ABILITY Network
Davis Polk advised the lead arranger and administrative agent in connection with a $980 million term facility and a $100 million revolving facility for Inovalon, the proceeds of which were used to finance Inovalon’s acquisition of ABILITY Network and refinance certain of its existing credit facilities.
