Davis Polk advised AJ Networks on the sale of AJ Rental Dallas to Sunstate Equipment. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

AJ Networks is a Korean public company principally engaged in the provision of equipment rental services. Founded in 2000 and headquartered in Seoul, South Korea, AJ Networks offers a wide range of rental solutions across IT systems, logistics and pallets, and construction equipment. The company is one of Korea’s largest rental companies, boasting an extensive nationwide network with a vast inventory of equipment. The transaction involved the sale of AJ Network’s wholly owned indirect subsidiary AJ Rental Dallas, a trusted equipment rental provider serving the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.

Sunstate Equipment is a leading provider of construction, industrial and special event rental equipment and tools in North America. Founded in 1977, Sunstate Equipment is one of the largest equipment rental companies in North America, with numerous locations across the United States, including Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Texas and several other states.
