We advised the co-investor in the transaction

Davis Polk advised the co-investor alongside Constellation Wealth Capital (CWC) in connection with a $150 million strategic investment in AlTi Global, Inc. The strategic investment was made in the form of Series C convertible preferred stock of AlTi. The investment in the Series C convertible preferred stock was made indirectly via participation in a co-investment vehicle established by CWC.

CWC provides flexible, long-term capital solutions, and strategic advisory support to scaled wealth management platforms. CWC leverages its deep industry experience and relationships for the benefit of its partner firms.
