We are advising J.P. Morgan as financial adviser to American Tower

Davis Polk is advising J.P. Morgan as financial adviser to American Tower Corporation in connection with its $10.1 billion acquisition of CoreSite Realty Corporation. The transaction, which was unanimously approved by the boards of directors of both companies, is expected to close by the end of 2021.
