Davis Polk advised the joint bookrunners on an offering of $300 million aggregate principal amount of 3.750% senior notes due 2022 and $700 million aggregate principal amount of 4.750% senior notes due 2027 by Anglo American Capital plc, guaranteed by Anglo American plc, under Rule 144A and Regulation S.
