We advised Aptiv on the investment-grade debt offering

Davis Polk advised Aptiv PLC in connection with an SEC-registered offering of €750 million aggregate principal amount of 4.250% senior notes due 2036. The notes were co-issued by Aptiv Global Financing Limited, a subsidiary of Aptiv PLC, and are guaranteed by Aptiv Corporation, a subsidiary of Aptiv PLC.

Aptiv is using the net proceeds from the offering to repay its outstanding 1.500% euro-denominated senior notes due 2025, with the remainder to be used for general corporate purposes.
