The 5.15% investment-grade senior notes are due 2029

Davis Polk advised the joint book-running managers in connection with an offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 5.150% senior notes due 2029 issued by Arrow Electronics, Inc.

Arrow Electronics, Inc. is a global provider of products, services and solutions to industrial and commercial users of electronic components and enterprise computing solutions.
