We advised the underwriters on the SPAC IPO and Nasdaq listing

Davis Polk advised the underwriters in connection with the $201 million initial public offering of 20,125,000 units of Artemis Strategic Investment Corporation, which includes 2,625,000 units from the full exercise of the underwriters’ over-allotment option to purchase additional units. Each unit consists of one common share and one redeemable warrant to purchase one-half common share of Artemis Strategic Investment Corporation. The units were listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “ARTEU.”

Artemis Strategic Investment Corporation is a newly organized, special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses or entities. As such, Artemis Strategic Investment Corporation intends to pursue prospective targets in the gaming, hospitality and entertainment sectors.
