We advised Avon on its tender offer for outstanding 6.95% notes due 2043

Davis Polk advised Avon Products, Inc. in connection with a cash tender offer to purchase any and all of its outstanding 6.950% notes due 2043. Upon expiration of the tender offer, $194 million aggregate principal amount of notes were tendered and accepted for purchase by Avon.
