We are advising BlueVoyant on the transaction

Davis Polk advised BlueVoyant in connection with its $250 million Series D funding round led by Liberty Strategic Capital, with participation from new investors as well as existing investors, including ISTARI, Eden Global Partners LLC and 8VC, among others. Steven T. Mnuchin of Liberty Strategic Capital will join BlueVoyant’s board of directors.

Liberty Strategic Capital, founded in 2021 and led by Mr. Mnuchin, former Secretary of the Treasury, is a Washington DC-based private equity firm focused on strategic investments in technology, financial services and fintech, and new forms of content.
