Davis Polk advised Borse Dubai Limited in connection with the $1.8 billion SEC-registered secondary offering of 31,000,000 shares of Nasdaq Inc. common stock by Borse Dubai. Nasdaq’s common stock is traded on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol “NDAQ.”
