Davis Polk advised the sole underwriter in connection with an SEC-registered secondary offering of 10,000,000 shares of common stock of BrightView Holdings, Inc. by KKR BrightView Aggregator L.P. and certain other stockholders. The common stock is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “BV.”

BrightView is a provider of commercial landscaping services, ranging from landscape maintenance and enhancements to tree care and landscape development. BrightView serves a broad range of end market verticals, including corporate and commercial properties, HOAs, public parks, hotels and resorts, hospitals and other health care facilities, educational institutions, restaurants, retail and golf courses, among others. BrightView is a portfolio company of KKR.
