Davis Polk advised the representatives of the underwriters in connection with the SEC-registered offering of 29,900,000 shares of common stock of Callon Petroleum Company (“Callon”). The shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “CPE.”

Callon is an independent oil and natural gas company focused on the acquisition, development, exploration and exploitation of unconventional, onshore, oil and natural gas reserves in the Permian Basin in West Texas.
