We advised the initial purchasers on the offering

Davis Polk advised the initial purchasers in connection with a $175 million Regulation S only offering by China South City Holdings Limited (“CSC”) of its 11.95% senior notes due 2023.

CSC is a developer and operator of large-scale, integrated logistics and trade centers in the PRC. CSC currently has eight projects in different stages of development located in regional economic hubs in Shenzhen, Nanning, Nanchang, Xi’an, Harbin, Zhengzhou, Hefei and Chongqing, China. CSC is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The Davis Polk corporate team included partners Gerhard Radtke and Yang Chu, counsel Bingqing Pan and registered foreign lawyers Jennifer Liu and Mendtuvshin (Mendee) Enkhtaivan. All members of Davis Polk team are based in Hong Kong office.
