The tender offer is for the issuer’s outstanding 5.5% senior notes due 2022

Davis Polk advised the dealer manager in connection with a cash tender offer by CIFI Holdings (Group) Co. Ltd. for any and all of its outstanding 5.5% senior notes due 2022.

Established in 2000 and headquartered in Shanghai, CIFI Holdings (Group) Co. Ltd. is engaged in the property development, property investment and property management business in China. It has achieved a nationwide geographic coverage and a strong presence in first-tier cities and in second- and third-tier cities with high growth potential in China.
