Cornell Capital acquires trustaff and CardioSolution in combination with Stella

Davis Polk is advising Cornell Capital LLC in connection with its acquisitions of trustaff Management, Inc. and CardioSolution. As part of this transaction, Cornell Capital has also agreed to acquire Stella.ai, Inc, creating a leading healthcare staffing platform with a unique technology-driven approach. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The Stella transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.
