We advised Cosan on its tender offers

Davis Polk advised Cosan Luxembourg S.A. in connection with cash tender offers for up to $301,264,000 of its 5.500% senior notes due 2029, up to $330 million of its 7.500% senior notes due 2030 and up to $268,736,000 of its 7.250% senior notes due 2031. Upon expiration of the tender offers, an aggregate principal amount of $236,522,000 of the notes due 2029, an aggregate principal amount of $273,253,000 of the notes due 2030, and an aggregate principal amount of $268,736,000 of the notes due 2031 were tendered and accepted for purchase by Cosan.

Cosan is a leading sugar and ethanol producer, grower of sugarcane, natural gas distributor in Brazil, operator of the largest bulk port terminals in the world, producer of energy from sugarcane, lubricants player in Brazil and one of the largest private landowners in Brazil.
