Danske Bank $1.75 Billion Notes Offering
Davis Polk advised the dealers in connection with the offering by Danske Bank of (i) $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 3.001% non-preferred senior callable fixed-to-floating rate notes due 2022 and (ii) $750 million aggregate principal amount of 3.244% non-preferred senior callable fixed-to-floating rate notes due 2025.
