Davis Polk advised a joint venture between Slate Property Group and Vanke US on the $157.526 million sale of its fee interest in 45 Rivington Street in the Lower East Side of Manhattan. 

Slate Property Group is an owner, operator and developer of residential and commercial real estate in the New York metropolitan area. The principals of Slate Property Group have purchased over $1 billion in real estate assets in the last five years.

Vanke US is the American affiliate of China Vanke Co., Ltd and one of the world’s largest real estate companies with annual sales over $490 billion globally. 

The Davis Polk real estate team included partner Brian S. Lichter and associates Kimberly (KyungEun) Won and Jaclyn Katz. All members of the Davis Polk team are based in the New York office.
