Davis Polk advised Tailwind Capital on its acquisition of Ventiv Enterprises Ltd. and a term loan credit facility and revolving credit facility provided to Ventiv Holdco, Inc. in connection with the acquisition. Antares Capital LP is acting as administrative agent in relation to the facilities. The transaction closed on September 3, 2019.
