Davis Polk advised ADP on its acquisition of The Marcus Buckingham Company, a California-based talent development company that empowers team leaders with content, coaching and technology. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

ADP is a comprehensive global provider of cloud-based Human Capital Management solutions that unite HR, payroll, talent, time, tax and benefits administration, and a leader in business outsourcing services, analytics and compliance expertise.
