Davis Polk Advises Bravida on Its Initial Public Offering
Davis Polk advised Bravida Holding AB (publ) on its initial public offering of shares and listing on NASDAQ Stockholm. The offering comprised 70,548,309 shares by Bravida’s principal shareholder Bravissima Holding AB, which is indirectly controlled by certain investment funds advised by Bain Capital Partners, LLC and its affiliates. Bravissima Holding AB has also granted the managers an overallotment option for up to an additional 10,582,246 shares. With an offer price of SEK 40 per share, the total value of the offering amounted to approximately SEK 3.25 billion (approximately $390 million), assuming that the overallotment option is exercised in full.
