Davis Polk advised Corporación Inmobiliaria Vesta, S.A.B. de C.V. (Vesta) in connection with its offering of 124,274,111 shares of common stock for a total of approximately $230 million, consisting of an offering of 44,124,111 shares to the general public in Mexico and an international offering of 80,150,000 shares outside of Mexico under Rule 144A and Regulation S. The shares trade on the Mexican Stock Exchange.    

Vesta is a pure-play developer, owner and operator of industrial real estate properties in Mexico.
