Davis Polk is advising Dialog Semiconductor in connection with its $15 million equity investment in Energous Corporation. This $15 million investment from Dialog adds to its initial investment of $10 million at the beginning of its strategic partnership with Energous in November 2016.

Dialog is a provider of highly integrated power management, AC/DC power conversion, solid state lighting (SSL) and Bluetooth low energy (LE) technology. Energous is the developer of WattUp, a wire-free charging technology.

The Davis Polk corporate team includes partner Stephen Salmon, associate Jahnavi Pendharkar and summer law clerk Blake Anderson. All members of the Davis Polk team are based in the Northern California office.
