Davis Polk advised Hypermarcas S.A. in connection with its cash tender offer to purchase any and all of its outstanding $312.6 million 6.5% senior notes due 2021 and consent solicitation for the adoption of certain amendments to the indenture governing the notes.

Hypermarcas is the leading pharmaceutical company in Brazil, with leadership position in several categories of pharmaceutical products.
