Davis Polk is advising I Squared Capital in connection with its sale of 100% of the outstanding interests in Amplus Energy Solutions Pte. Ltd. to Petroliam Nasional Berhad (“Petronas”). The transaction is expected to close later this month. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Established in 1974, Petronas is Malaysia’s fully integrated oil and gas multinational ranked among the largest corporations on FORTUNE Global 500®. Amplus, also known as M+, is a Singapore-based company that invests and is developing cumulative capacity of over 500MW of distributed energy assets across India, the Middle East and South East Asia.
