Davis Polk advised Inkling Systems, Inc. in connection with its $25 million Series E round of financing led by Sapphire Ventures.

Founded in 2009, Inkling offers a mobile communication platform that allows enterprises to convey critical information to their desk-less workers. Sapphire Ventures is a venture capital firm focused on helping innovative technology companies become global category leaders.

The Davis Polk corporate team included partner Sarah K. Solum and associates Jason Bassetti and Dongbiao Shen. All members of the Davis Polk team are based in the Northern California office.
