Davis Polk advised Sixsigma Networks México, S.A. de C.V. (“KIO Networks”) in connection with its Rule 144A/Regulation S offering of $300 million aggregate principal amount of its 7.500% senior notes due 2025. The notes are guaranteed by certain subsidiaries of KIO Networks. KIO Networks intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for redemption of existing notes and for general corporate purposes.
