Davis Polk advised Mitsubishi UFJ Lease & Finance Company Limited on its debut Rule 144A/Regulation S offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 2.652% senior notes due 2022. The notes are listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
