Davis Polk advised Morgan Stanley in connection with its SEC-registered offering in Taiwan of $1 billion aggregate principal amount of fixed-rate senior notes due 2046. The notes were settled in Clearstream and are listed on the Taipei Exchange in Taiwan and offered in Taiwan to professional institutional investors.
