Davis Polk advised Morgan Stanley in connection with its SEC-registered global offering of €2.75 billion aggregate principal amount of senior notes, consisting of €1.25 billion floating-rate notes due 2022 and €1.5 billion 1.375% fixed-rate notes due 2026.
