Davis Polk Advises Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank on Its $1.5 Billion Senior Notes Offering
Davis Polk advised Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Limited on a Rule 144A/Regulation S offering of senior notes, which consisted of $500 million aggregate principal amount of senior floating-rate notes due 2019 and $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 2.05% senior notes due 2019. The notes are listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank is one of the largest Japanese trust banks in terms of total trust account assets.
