Davis Polk advised the placing agents for the top-up placing of 400,000,000 shares in China Resources Land Limited for a total consideration of approximately HK$10.1 billion (US$1.3 billion). 

China Resources Land Limited is a leading property developer in China principally engaged in property investment, development and management. It is incorporated in the Cayman Islands with its shares listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
