Davis Polk Advises V.F. Corporation on Its $1.75 Billion Revolving Credit Facility
Davis Polk advised V.F. Corporation, V.F. Investments S.á r.l., VF Enterprises S.á r.l., VF Europe B.V.B.A. and VF International Sagl (“V.F. Corporation”) in connection with a new five-year $1.75 billion multicurrency unsecured revolving credit facility. The facility refinances V.F. Corporation’s existing domestic and international revolving credit facilities and may be used for general corporate purposes, including acquisitions, repurchases of outstanding shares of V.F. Corporation’s common stock and other lawful corporate purposes.
V.F. Corporation is a global leader in branded lifestyle apparel with more than 30 brands, including Wrangler, The North Face, Lee, Vans, Nautica, 7 For All Mankind, Eagle Creek, Eastpak, Ella Moss, JanSport, lucy, Kipling, Majestic, Napapijri, Red Kap, Reef, Riders, Splendid and Timberland.
