Davis Polk advised ViewRay, Inc. in connection with its $172.5 million SEC-registered follow-on offering of 18,648,649 shares of common stock, which included the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares. The shares are listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the symbol “VRAY.”

ViewRay designs, manufactures and markets the MRIdian therapy system, which combines MRI and external-beam radiation therapy to simultaneously image and treat cancer patients.
