Davis Polk Advises Visa on Its $209 Million Secondary Offering of Common Stock
Davis Polk advised Visa Inc. and Visa Foundation in connection with an SEC-registered secondary offering of 2,199,780 shares of Class A common stock by Visa Foundation, as selling stockholder, for aggregate net proceeds of $209 million. The Class A common stock is listed on the NYSE under the symbol “V.”
