We advised the initial purchasers on the Regulation S offering

Davis Polk advised the initial purchasers in connection with a Regulation S offering by Dexin China Holdings Company Limited of its $150 million 9.95% senior notes due 2022, to be consolidated and form a single series with the $200 million 9.95% senior notes due 2022 issued on December 3, 2020.

Dexin China Holdings Company Limited is a property developer that focuses on the development of residential properties, and the development, operation and management of commercial and mixed-use properties in China. Dexin China Holdings Company Limited is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
