Davis Polk is advising Barclays Capital Inc. as financial adviser to Rightside Group, Ltd. in connection with its approximately $213 million acquisition by Donuts Inc. The transaction is conditioned upon the tender of more than 50% of outstanding shares of Rightside common stock, the receipt of certain regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.

Rightside is a provider of domain name services, offering one of the industry’s most comprehensive platforms for the discovery, registration, usage and monetization of domain names. Donuts is a domain name registry for new top-level Internet domain extensions.
