Davis Polk advised the dealer manager in connection with a “modified Dutch Auction” cash tender offer by Empresa Eléctrica Angamos S.A. for up to $300 million aggregate principal amount of its 4.875% senior secured notes due 2029.

Empresa Eléctrica Angamos S.A. is engaged in the generation, transmission and supply of electricity in northern Chile.
