Davis Polk advised the sole lead arranger, bookrunner and administrative agent in connection with a repricing amendment to the existing $394 million senior secured term loan facility provided to Energizer Holdings, Inc. The amendment, among other things, reduced the interest rate margin on the term loan facility.
