Davis Polk advised the joint book-running managers on an SEC-registered offering of $600 million aggregate principal amount of 4.00% notes due 2026 by Enersis Américas S.A.

Enersis Américas is a Chilean company engaged through its subsidiaries and jointly-controlled companies in the electricity generation, transmission and distribution business in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia and Peru.
