Davis Polk advised the initial purchasers in connection with a $300 million Regulation S only notes offering by Envision Energy International Limited of its 7.50% senior notes due 2021. 

Established in 2007 and headquartered in China, Envision Energy International Limited is a world-leading smart energy technology company that is primarily engaged in the design, development, manufacture and sale of smart wind turbines and the provision of customized smart wind farm solutions.
