The 6.25% investment-grade senior notes are due 2029

Davis Polk advised the representatives of the several underwriters in connection with an offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 6.250% senior notes due 2029 issued by Essent Group Ltd.

Essent is a Bermuda-based holding company which serves the housing finance industry by offering private mortgage insurance, reinsurance, risk management products and title insurance and settlement services to mortgage lenders, borrowers and investors to support homeownership.
