We advised the underwriter on the equity offering

Davis Polk advised the underwriter, in connection with the $373 million follow-on public offering of 7,417,929 shares of Class A common stock of Focus Financial Partners Inc. This amount includes 273,685 shares offered by Focus and 7,144,244 shares offered by certain selling stockholders of Focus. The Class A common stock is listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol “FOCS.”

Focus is a leading partnership of independent, fiduciary wealth management firms operating in the highly fragmented registered investment advisor industry, with a footprint of over 70 partner firms across the United States.

The Davis Polk corporate team included partner Derek Dostal, counsel John H. Runne and associate Courtney Sohn. The tax team included partner Mario J. Verdolini and associate Ben Levenback. Members of the Davis Polk team are based in the New York office.
