Davis Polk advised the representatives of the several underwriters in connection with FuelCell Energy, Inc.’s $105.1 million follow-on offering of 50,025,000 shares of common stock, which includes 6,525,000 shares from the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares. The shares of common stock are listed on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol “FCEL.”
