General Motors Financial $1.85 billion senior notes offering
The investment-grade notes are due 2028 and 2033
Davis Polk advised the joint book-running managers on an SEC-registered offering by General Motors Financial Company, Inc. of $1.35 billion aggregate principal amount of its 5.800% senior notes due 2028 and $500 million aggregate principal amount of its 6.400% senior notes due 2033. The 2033 notes are a reopening of the $500 million aggregate principal amount of 6.400% senior notes due 2033 issued on January 9, 2023. GM Financial will use the proceeds from this offering for general corporate purposes.
GM Financial is a global provider of automobile financing solutions and is the wholly owned captive finance subsidiary of General Motors Company.
