The investment-grade notes are due 2026 and 2030

Davis Polk advised the joint book-running managers on an SEC-registered offering by General Motors Financial Company, Inc. of $1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of its 5.400% senior notes due 2026 and $1 billion aggregate principal amount of its 5.850% senior notes due 2030. GM Financial will use the proceeds from this offering for general corporate purposes.

GM Financial is a global provider of automobile financing solutions and is the wholly owned captive finance subsidiary of General Motors Company.
