General Motors Financial $2.25 billion senior notes offering
The investment-grade notes are due 2028 and 2032
Davis Polk advised the joint book-running managers on an SEC-registered offering by General Motors Financial Company, Inc. of $300 million aggregate principal amount of its floating-rate senior notes due 2028, $1.2 billion aggregate principal amount of its 5.050% senior notes due 2028 and $750 million aggregate principal amount of its 5.625% senior notes due 2032. GM Financial will use the proceeds from this offering for general corporate purposes.
GM Financial is a global provider of automobile financing solutions and is the wholly owned captive finance subsidiary of General Motors Company.
